Acknowledge what that little boy went through and survived. How amazing!! How brave and strong he was…and that is YOU! Not a failure – an amazing, brave and strong person! And certainly good enough!

KEEP loving yourself more because this is imperative!! – Stop those negative and derogatory words and thoughts about yourself (would you speak to that brave little Bill that way or your children or anyone you truly love or care for?) So why would you speak to yourself like that?!

‘Self soothing’ as my wise sister Liz always says! … I contradict this all the time as it’s not always easy to practice but when it works … it REALLY works!
